The molecular mechanisms of nf-yb11 and nf-yc10 regulating the difference of flowering time in long-day and short-day condition
In the current study, we are exploring the molecular mechanisms of 2 transcription factors, NF-YB11 (Nuclear Factor-YB) and NF-YC10 (Nuclear Factor-YC), regulating the variation of flowering time under long-day and short-day condition in plants. We hypothesized that they regulate the chromatin remodeling via controlling CHR11 (Chromatin Remodeling Protein 11), CHR13 and/or CHR17 to influence flowering time. We are carrying out mass spectrum and Pull-down assay to identify our assumption.
